This course is designed for fMRI researchers with beginning to intermediate skill levels. For newcomers, it provides a comprehensive set of foundational tools for acquiring and analyzing fMRI data. For experienced researchers, it offers advanced training in Independent Component Analysis and in optimizing the validity of your studies.
You will work through examples on your own laptop with SPM, GIFT, CANlab Core Tools, SnPM, and the Mediation toolbox. No specific preparation is required — see the background readings if you would like a head start.
